Seeing all the negative comments made us sceptical but wow, this hostel was incredible. I was not used to shared bathrooms (showers with curtains instead of doors)and it can be a bit scary but everybody was so respectful that it wasn’t even a problem. Me and my 2 friends (we are 18 years old girls) slept in the 18 people mixed room and we loved it. Everybody was discreet and respectful with their roommates. We even made a few friends from our room and other rooms with whom we hung out. It was really hot in Florence while we were there but with the air conditioning in the room, the temperature was perfect. I would 100% recommend you to go there. Anyone with an open mind can easily make friends there. Finally, a special thank you to the people working at the reception, you were all so kind.

I really recommend!! :)) I came here with two of my friends and as young girls travelling alone we were really scared about the security of this hostel and honestly… it was perfect. The rooms were clean, the kitchen was big, the other people were adorable, the people at the reception were very welcoming, helpful and honestly very friendly. Furthermore, it is placed really close to the city centre and right next to a supermarket (there is just one building between them) so its emplacement is ideal. We wanted to thank this hostel one last time for an amazing stay that made Florence even more magical. Special thanks to Ali!! 🫶

The staff here are very committed, the environment is also very friendly, I have made many friends here from different nationalities. The rooms are very clean and cleaned on time.

The location is very safe and also convenient for walking to major tourist attractions. The crowd is good, the other hoteliers are friendly. I definitely recommend.

i had such an amazing stay here, the hostel is in a perfect location right outside the city center where its a little more quiet, the staff was so nice and helpful, 10/10 would definitely stay again!!

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The people at the reception were super nice and helpful and the location is very convenient. Me and my friend were surprised in a good way!! I truly recommend this place if you don't want to pay much!!🌷

Location is optimum and it's walking distance to all the monuments and hang out locations. |I stayed at the hostel during July and it was extremely hot, the air-conditioning was good but it couldn't keep up with the heat of a Florentine …

The hostel is in a good location, very close to everything, there's a supermarket and bus stop nearby. The older gentleman at the reception was very kind. There's a kitchen but there isn't enough stuff to cook a proper meal. Overall it's a nice hostel
